Chef Danny Paul is passionate about making pasta. He is planning a dinner to show the range of flavors and experiences you can enjoy with this humble but mighty ingredient. Nathan Cox from Select Sellars will be on hand to highlight the wines paired with the menu, which will be available as a flight or by the glass. An optional social hour starts at 5:30 pm. The four-course dinner is $65 per person, tax, tip and beverages not included. A $40 per person deposit will be charged with your reservation, which will be deducted from your final bill.
First Course: Manicotti with chicory, roasted red pepper, pesto, prosciutto and pickled red onion
Second Course: Lombardian Casoncelli roasted sweet dumpling with Swiss chard sun dried tomato chèvre filling, sarvechio chips
Third Course: Sardinian Lorighita pasta with duck confit, rich red wine tomato sauce, sweet potato leaves, and pickled pear
Fourth Course: Puff pasta with sage infused whipped cream and marscapone, fig jam, shaved chocolate
