Damien Hunter from Winebow, an expert on agave spirits, will be your guide through a tasting of five unique tequilas and one mezcal. Three courses will be paired with two agave spirits and the fourth with a cocktail. We will have an optional social hour before dinner begins with a special agave cocktail menu for some fun pre-dinner mingling.
First Course: Elotés-Style Stuffed Squash Blossom with Dreamfarm chèvre and sweet corn
Second Course: Arepa with house-made chorizo and Hook's pepper jack cheese with Sungold tomato pico de gallo
Third Course: Tostada with Highland Spring Farms bavette steak, black beans, radish, pickled onion, kohlrabi and Valentina crema
Dessert: Churro with local blueberries
The dinner is $125 per person and does not include gratuity. A $65 non-refundable deposit per person will be required, which will be deducted from your bill the night of the event. We will do our best to honor requests to be seated with other guests, but please let us know in advance as seating will be assigned.
