In Wisconsin, we're blessed with an incredible bounty of produce, beef, fish and cheese made by small farmers and artisans. We're celebrating our partners from Roots Down Community Farm, Dreamfarm, Rushing Waters Fisheries, Highland Spring Farm and Nordskov Coffee with a special four-course dinner featuring the fruits of their hard work. Sheryl and Ryan from Nordskov Coffee will be our special guests for the evening.

First Course: Beet tartare, smoked trout, horseradish, cucumber
Second Course: Goat cheese agnolotti, sweet corn, lacinato kale
Third Course: Steak, heirloom tomatoes, garlic, zucchini
Dessert: Coffee crème brûlée
A vegetarian option is available and an optional wine pairing will be offered that evening. Social hour with a special cocktail menu starts at 5:30 pm.
